🐾 Athena is seeking an experienced, active home or working placement.
Athena is looking for a committed adopter who understands driven, intelligent dogs and is ready to help her reach her full potential.
Athena is a smart, energetic dog who thrives when she has a job to do. She has a naturally high drive and will do best in a structured environment with clear expectations, daily mental and physical outlets, and continued obedience training. This is not a “couch companion” — Athena wants to work, learn, and stay engaged.
She has been around a toddler and showed little concern; however, due to her excitement level, she was not allowed to be loose in the home. Athena crates well but can become vocal and restless if confined without adequate prior exercise or stimulation.
In public settings, Athena performs well when focused and guided. With consistent training and leadership, she has the potential to excel in activities such as advanced obedience, scent work, hiking, running, or other working or sport-focused outlets.
Athena will thrive with an adopter who is confident, active, and experienced with high-energy or working-line dogs — someone who sees her drive not as a challenge, but as an opportunity.
If you’re looking for a dog who truly wants to work with you, Athena may be the perfect match. She is 2.5 years young, spayed, and up to date on all vaccinations. Athena is both potty trained and crate trained, making her an easy addition to the right home.
Athena’s adoption donation is $400. Our adoption process includes home and reference checks. Applicants must speak with the adoption coordinator, followed by a conversation with Athena’s foster. An in-person meet and greet is mandatory to ensure the best fit for everyone involved.

🤍 – Ready for His Forever Home!
Teddy has finally been settling in and decompressing in sunny South Florida, and this sweet Lab is now ready to find his forever family 🏡
He is dog-friendly (having another dog is strongly recommended!), unknown with cats, and would do best with a fenced-in yard. Teddy loves a good swim—whether it’s the pool, beach, or boat days, he’s your adventure buddy!
He is potty trained but still learning the ropes of home life. Pet beds are new to him, and he may get vocal when his humans leave—but after a few minutes, he settles in and relaxes with the rest of the pack.
A huge thank you to Amanda Woof Gang Bakery PBG for getting him to smell so good and to the crew @happy_tails_veterinary_clinic for getting him in so quickly—we’re happy to share that Teddy’s bloodwork came back great, he is heartworm negative, and estimated to be around 3 years young 🐾
Teddy has a lot of energy and would thrive with an active family who enjoys outdoor adventures. He has no food or toy aggression. He does pull on the leash, but his foster is actively working on it.

• Someone patient as he continues to adjust to home life

Meet Waffles and Butter (adopted) a beautiful mother-daughter duo whose story is as sweet as their names.
Waffles, a 3-year-old gentle mama, has a calm and loving spirit. She is incredibly friendly with both people and other dogs, with no food aggression, and is already spayed. While she hasn’t had experience living with cats, her kind nature shines through in every interaction. Waffles has done her job raising her baby—and now it’s her turn to be cared for, loved, and cherished in a home of her own.
After everything she has been through, she deserve a future filled with comfort, safety, and unconditional love. Waffles will remind you every day what resilience and love look like.
